Founded with guidance from Dr. Jim Swan, who helped get Kavalan, Kilchoman, and Penderyn up-and-running, this is an all-English single malt distilled from local heirloom barley and aged in a variety of used cooperage, particularly re-charred red wine casks. Sweet malt and pleasant red and tropical fruit dominate the palate, with hints of fresh grass and vanilla. A delicious, thoughful sipper in the spirit of other hyper-local, terroir-focused distilleries such as Springbank, Bruichladdich, Kilchoman, and Waterford. Don't miss out on this superb whisky!
