Distilled by Cascahuín in collaboration with David Suro, this hard-to-find añejo is distilled, aged, & bottled following traditional methods & without the use of synthetic additives for flavor or color. Notes of ripe fruit, cooked agave, anise, vanilla, and allspice. Delicious stuff—one of the best añejos we’ve tried!
