Known as Schiava in Italy, Trollinger is grown somewhat widely in the German regions of Swabia and Baden. This example, farmed and vinified naturally, is very light with restrained alcohol and bright, tart acidity. Juicy, brambly fruit, elegant minerality, and a hint of earth make it a fun chillable red!
