From biodynamically-farmed vineyards in the Mosel, this complex dry Riesling is carefully harvested when the grapes are ripe enough to make an off-dry wine, but in this case fermentation continues until the wine is completely dry. Vibrant acidity lifts aromas and flavors of stone fruit & wet slate. Wow!
